If no one else has been able to treat your father’s colon cancer, research Cancer Treatment Centers of America. Check out and they’ll give you information on what you want to know, ways to contact them, and more importantly, the options available to treat various types of cancer. They have cancer treatment centers in Philadelphia, PA, Zion, IL, Tulsa, OK, and Seattle, WA. Probably the one in Zion, IL would be closest to where your father lives. I sincerely hope this helps!
Sorry to hear about this. years ago, my husband had testicular cancer and called the American Cancer Society, at that time they recommended only 26 hospitals in the US, we live in central Ohio and was lucky enough to have one in Columbus - OSU, James Cancer Hosp. and another was Case Western in Cleveland. Being in Ohio we only paid attention to those. I would look up their number (we found a number in our white pages) and see what they say. but off hand, I would say an research hospital would have an edge of the latest treatments and clinical trials.
