Stage four cancer is not easy to cure, that is why it is called stage four. In most cases the cancer cells have immigrated to other organs of the body. Bone cancer may not be the original site of the cancer either.
Radiation and Chemical therapy might help, but also depend on her age and detailed situation. Good nutrients are needed, pain medication is needed. And keep her in a relax and pleasant mood. Religion and pray will be helpful, too. I found some information on this link, too. A guy talked about how he assists his Mom who had stage four bone cancer, maybe that will help.
I will pray for her too.

The best, most loving, responsible thing you can do is tell your grandmother. It is her life. She deserves to make the choices involved in it, not you, unless she is psychologically unable to, and you have the legal right to make these decisions.
That being said; if you have had a second opinion done from a good oncologist not in any way related to the first one, and the answer is the same, Stage IV bone cancer, there is very little that can be done except to help her be as pain free as possible. Do not fill her with false hope she may not want anyway.
Can you get what is called palliative care in your area? This is not hospice care. This is whole person, whole family care for anyone dealing with cancer, even those who can recover. They help people deal with red tape, figure out the best treatment courses, make end of life decisions, if necessary.
My husband has cancer. Right now we are not dealing with this, but we know we will face it in a couple of years, as his cancer is not curable.
God be with you and your grandmother.

Take measures to make her as comfortable as possible. There is a nutraceutical that will boost her cellular glutahione levels. Glutathione is the cells master antioxidant and detoxifier. I have plenty of info for you if you would like.
It has helped many many people.
Feel free to drop me a line and please give your grandma a big hug and let’s get to work on making her feel much better.

For bone cancer do this treatment everyday twice a day. There is no cost.Build up the timing gradually,If you feel tired or dizzy, stop and resume later. If you can do more than 15 minutes then there is a lot of hope to get better.Everyone will be happy that something is being done to help. The doctors will not believe it when they improvements in test results.
    Anulom Vilom –
Close your right nostril with thumb and deep breath-in through left nostril
then – close left nostril with two fingers and breath-out through right nostril
then -keeping the left nostril closed deep breath-in through right nostril
then - close your right nostril with thumb and breath-out through left nostril.
This is one cycle of anulom vilom.
Repeat this cycle for 20 to 30 minutes twice a day(maximum 60 minutes in one day).
You can do this before breakfast/lunch/dinner or before bedtime or in bed.Remember to take deep long breaths into the lungs. You can do this while sitting on floor or chair or lying in bed.

Kapalbhati -(Do it before eating) Push air forcefully out through the nose about once per second. Stomach will itself go in(contract in). The breathing in(through the nose) will happen automatically. Establish a rhythm and do for 20 to 30 minutes twice a day.(Max 60 min/day) Not for pregnant women. Seriously ill people do it gently.
