Can a man become permanently impotent from cancer treatment?

if it was radiation then yeah hes prolly impotent
Yes he can.
The radiation was a bit to strong I suppose but they needed to use that to safe his life.

no, it will not make him perm impotent. an erection occurs becasue of a surge of blood flow. that has nothing to do with chemo.
what WILL happen is his sperm wil be damaged or he will become sterile.
when men go thru chemo, many of them elect to have sperm frozen for future use.
